Leadership Society Creation and Implementation: One of the most effective ways to turn annual fund donors into "major" donors is through the creation of "leadership societies." These societies reward donors who make significant gifts at set levels, which vary depending on your current donor pool. These donors then receive benefits designed to bring them closer to the mission of the organization and deepen their understanding in the role that their support plays in the organization's success. Through comprehensive analysis of your donors and your giving pyramid (the ratio of donors to levels of contributions) as well as focus groups and one-on-one interviews, I will work with you to develop a leadership society for your organization. I will help you develop prospect lists, solicitation materials and draft talking points for face-to-face solicitations. I will help design the nuts and bolts of the society, including giving levels, benefits and recognition events. Grant Writing and Funder Prospecting: Whether it is a foundation proposal for a specific program, a government application for general operating funding or a corporate sponsorship request, I work with you to make your unique case for support strongly and succinctly. I also provide research services to locate realistic potential funding sources and then create a proposal template and supplementary materials that can be adapted for multiple funders.
